Aandai Referral Circle

Earn 10% when you introduce us to a new client

Most of our business comes through trusted introductions. Good work travels fast, and we want to thank the people who help us grow.

Introduce Aandai to a business that becomes a client, and you'll receive 10% of their first project fee as a thank-you. Simple, transparent, and fair.

How It Works

Three simple steps to earn referral fees. No complicated process, no hidden terms - just a straightforward thank-you for helping us connect with businesses that need our help.

Make Your Introduction

When you introduce a business to Aandai, simply CC [email protected] in your introduction email. This automatically registers your referral with a timestamp. No separate registration needed - just make the introduction naturally and loop us in.

We Take It From Here

We'll respond to confirm we've logged your referral and handle all the follow-up. You don't need to do anything else unless you want to stay involved in the conversation. We'll keep you updated on progress.

Get Rewarded

If the company you introduced becomes a client and completes their first project, you receive 10% of the first project invoice value (excluding VAT), paid within 14 days of us receiving payment. Typically £200-£1,500 depending on project scope.

Who Makes a Good Referral?

We work best with established B2B businesses that are ready to embrace AI and automation. Here's who typically benefits most from what we do:

Ideal Client Profile

  • Mid-market B2B businesses (typically £1M+ revenue)
  • Marketing, sales, or revenue operations teams feeling overwhelmed
  • Companies with CRM systems that aren't delivering enough value
  • Businesses struggling with scattered tools and manual processes
  • Leadership teams who understand AI's potential but aren't sure where to start

Common Scenarios

  • Marketing director needs to prove ROI but data is everywhere
  • Sales team spending too much time on admin instead of selling
  • Growing company where manual processes are starting to break
  • Business that's heard about AI but doesn't know how to implement it safely
  • Company wanting to appear in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI search engines

If you know a business wrestling with any of these challenges, they're likely a great fit for Aandai.

Why We Do This

Aandai has grown through word-of-mouth and long-term relationships, not aggressive sales tactics or cold outreach. The businesses we work with come to us because someone they trust recommended us.

The Referral Circle is our way of recognising and thanking the people who share that same belief - that the best business relationships start with genuine introductions, not sales pitches.

This isn't about commission chasing. It's about partnership and helping more businesses use automation and AI to grow smarter. If you know someone who could benefit from what we do, we want to make it worth your while to make that connection.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the Aandai Referral Circle.

Who can refer Aandai?

Anyone who isn't a current employee or contractor of Aandai. Clients, former colleagues, business contacts, friends - if you know someone who needs our help, you can refer them.

What counts as a successful referral?

A referral becomes "successful" when the company you introduced signs a contract, completes their first project, and pays their invoice. The referral fee is calculated as 10% of that first project invoice value (excluding VAT).

When will I receive payment?

Referral fees are paid within 14 days of Aandai receiving payment from the client. We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as the client pays, and transfer your fee shortly after.

How much will I receive?

10% of the first project invoice value, excluding VAT. For a £5,000 project, that's £500. For a £15,000 project, that's £1,500. There's no cap - the more valuable the project, the higher your referral fee.

What if two people refer the same company?

The first person to CC [email protected] in their introduction email takes precedence. The email timestamp determines priority. If multiple people are involved in the same introduction, we'll discuss a fair split.

Do I need to invoice Aandai?

If you're VAT-registered or self-employed, yes - we'll need an invoice from you to process payment. If you're an individual making a casual referral, we can arrange a simpler payment method. We'll discuss this when the referral becomes successful.

Can I refer multiple companies?

Absolutely! There's no limit to how many referrals you can make. Every successful referral earns you 10% of that client's first project fee. The more good introductions you make, the more you earn.

What if the project has multiple phases?

The referral fee applies only to the first project or phase that the client completes and pays for. Subsequent phases or ongoing work don't attract additional referral fees - this keeps things simple and focuses on the introduction.

Will you spam my contact?

Never. We treat every introduction with respect. We'll reach out professionally once, and if they're not interested, we'll leave them alone. We'll never add them to marketing lists without their explicit consent.

What if my referral isn't a good fit?

We'll let you know quickly and honestly if the business you've introduced isn't quite right for our services. We might suggest they talk to one of our agency partners instead, or simply explain why we're not the best match for their needs.

Example Scenarios

Here are some real examples of how the Referral Circle works in practice:

Former Colleague Introduction

Sarah worked with Marc at a previous company. She moved to a marketing director role at a B2B SaaS business. When she heard they were struggling with lead quality, she emailed Marc, CC'd her CEO, and introduced Aandai. They signed a £8,000 lead generation project. Sarah received £800 within two weeks of the client's payment.

Existing Client Referral

James hired Aandai to automate his sales workflow. Impressed with the results, he introduced his business networking contact who ran a consultancy. The consultancy signed a £12,000 marketing operations project. James earned £1,200 and continues to work with Aandai on his own business.

Professional Network Connection

Emma is a fractional CFO who sits on several advisory boards. One of her clients mentioned frustration with their CRM. Emma introduced Aandai via email during their next board meeting. The client signed a £5,500 sales enablement project. Emma received £550 and has since made two more introductions.
